Scott is an Executive General Adjuster who joined Chenard & Osborn in 2010. He currently serves as the President of Chenard & Osborn. Scott has a bachelor's degree in insurance from Ferris State University and has achieved his CPCU designation. He handles large losses frequently in excess of a million dollars. Prior to joining Chenard & Osborn, he worked directly for Insurance Companies for 20 years. More recently, the majority of his work has been focused on Insurance Appraisals representing the Carriers, Insureds and serving as Umpire.

John is a General Adjuster who joined our staff in 2015. He was with Nationwide Insurance for 17 years prior to coming to Chenard & Osborn. John handles large losses as a commercial and residential general adjuster. He is also well experienced in the appraisal process.
